Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, processing times may vary slightly depending on the product and demand. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary based on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 8–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your location

  • The product(s) ordered

  • Current promotions or free shipping offers

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment due to carrier system delays. If your tracking does not update immediately, please be patient.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.
